Snel en Simpel *** Quick and Simple

Even een snel en eenvoudig kaartje met Baroque Motifs gemaakt, want deze set lag nog op mijn bureau.

Eigenlijk gebruik ik deze stempels erg weinig, maar ze zijn toch heel geschikt gebleken om mooie achtergronden mee te maken.

Mini tasje *** Mini purse

Dit tasje zag ik op het blog van Annemiek.

Zij had het weer gezien op het blog van Erna.

Erna had het op haar beurt van een Amerikaans blog geplukt. 

Dit is mijn variant van het viavia tasje.

Het designpapier is van Stampin' Up! en heeft een grote aaibaarheidsfactor.

This is my version of the pass it through bag.

The designer paper is Stampin' Up! and has a soft touch on the black parts.

A year in Cards - February

Ik loop nu al een beetje achter met mijn year in cards project. Dit zijn de kaartjes die ik heb gemaakt voor februari. Wil je ook mee doen is? {Hier} kun je Kristina Werner's video tutorial voor februari vinden.

En voor wie het even heeft gemist...ik ben een project aan het doen dat Kristina Werner in 2009 op 2Peas heeft gedaan. Toen heb ik het gemist, vandaar dat ik het nu alsnog probeer te doen.

Box with elegant soiree cards

De afgelopen 2 dagen ben ik bezig geweest met het maken van dit doosje met kaartjes.
In de hoop dat jullie het leuk vinden heb ik van het doosje een lesje gemaakt.
In dit doosje passen ong 4 à 5 kaartjes van 4.25 bij 5.5 inch.
Net bedacht ik dat ik er misschien nog een klittenbandje op moet zetten, zodat het wat beter sluit. Dus dat is nog een optie.
Deze keer heb ik de tekst van de tutorial in de foto's verwerkt. Ik hoop dat dat werkt. Kun je het niet lezen dan klik je op de foto. Deze wordt dan vergroot (als het goed is). Enjoy!

I just thought I might put some velcro on this box, so it will close a bit better.

Cards with Topnote purse

 

 

Laatst had ik al dit leuke tasje gemaakt. Nu heb ik er ook 4 kaartjes bij gemaakt die erin passen.
Ik heb ervoor gekozen om er monogramkaartjes bij te maken. Ook het tasje heb ik iets aangepast door er een scallop ovaal op te plakken met JUST FOR YOU. Nu is het wat mij betreft een wat persoonlijker cadeautje.

*** A while ago I made this cute litte topnote purse. Now I made 4 cards to go along.
I choose to make monogramcards. I also made a little change on the purse by using a scalloped oval with JUST FOR YOU on the front. Now it's a more personolized gift.

Het doosje dat ik ooit bij Krista op een workshop heb gemaakt blijft favoriet.
Ik heb er nu weer totaal iets anders mee gemaakt.
Eerdere versies vind je hier en hier.
Deze keer heb ik ook gewerkt met transparante schutvellen (van de Bruna). Heel leuk om te embossen met je cuttlebugfolders. Ik ben er inmiddels verslaafd aan geraakt. Toegegeven dat het niet mijn eigen idee is. Mijn vriendinnen Christa en Alice gingen mij al voor. Natuurlijk wilde ik het ook eens uitproberen en ik kan het je aanraden. Erg leuk om mee te werken!!
Helaas zijn sommige foto's niet helemaal scherp uitgevallen, maar nou ja vooruit maar. Ik hoop dat jullie zo toch een beeld kunnen krijgen van mijn kaartjes.
Deze keer heb ik voor de combinatie van rood, grijs en wit gekozen. Weer eens wat anders dan rood, zwart en wit, wat nog altijd 1 van mijn favoriete kleurcombinaties is.

This time I made something completely different with it.

This time I worked with transparencies. Very nice to emboss with your cuttlebugfolders. I am addicted to it.
I admit this isn't my idea. My friends Christa and Alice already made some cards with transparencies. Ofcourse I couldn't help myself and I had to try this. Well I can recomment it. Way much fun!
Unfortunately some of the photo's aren't really sharp. I hope you can get an impression of my cards.
This time I chose the colorcombination red, gray and white. Usually I choose red, black and white, still one of my favorite color combo's.

CT21 and DWYT22

 

Oh boy, ik loop zwaar achter met bloggen. Dat ik nog niet helemaal fit ben heeft hier natuurlijk ook mee te maken. Het gaat gelukkig wel stukken beter met mijn rug, maar nu ik weer aan het werk ben wil ik thuis niet teveel zitten. En achter de computer zit je toch al snel TE LANG is mijn ervaring. Hoezo verslaafd???
Anyway, dit is een kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt voor kleurenuitdaging 22 van het Cards & Things blog gecombineerd met de sketch van DWYT nr 22, welke werd verzorgd door Nina. Het was een erg leuke sketch en de kleuren waren echt een uitdaging! Maar ik vind 'm toch wel geinig geworden. Ook heb ik mijn vlinder embosslit uitgeprobeerd. Wat zijn ze leuk die vlindertjes!!
Ik hoop dat jullie 'm ook weer geslaagd vinden.

*** Oh boy, I am way behind blogging. It's because I'm still not fit after hurting my lower back. I have to take it easy. Since I am working again I don't want to sit for too long at home. When I am computering I am easily sitting for way too long is my experience. Me addicted? Don't be silly!
Anyway, I made this card for the colorchallenge (22) at the Cards & Things blog combined with the sketchchallenge (22) at DWYT, which was made by Nina this time. I really liked working with this sketch and the colors were a real challenge. But I am quite satisfied with the result. Also I tried my butterfly embosslit. How cute are these butterflies?!!

DWYT11 - HAPPY FABULOUS FRIEND

 

Met de super leuke DWYTsektch van deze week (11 - gemaakt door Nina) heb ik dit kaartje gisteravond zitten fabrieken. Er was tenslotte maar weer eens voetbal op t.v., dus manlief zat voor de buis geplakt.
Ik had wat behoefte aan vrolijkheid, dus heb ik wat lekkere knalkleurtjes uitgekozen. Ik hoop dat jullie dat ook leuk vinden.

*** Yesterdayevening I made this card with this week's super coolDWYTsketch (11 - made by Nina). Bas (my boyfriend) was watching soccer on tv AGAIN, so couldn't resist to visit my craftaddict.
I was in the mood for something cheery, so I picked out some nice bold colors. I hope you'll like it.

IN COLOR CHALLENGE

 

Op de stempelparty yahoogroep was er een In Color challenge. Voor deze challenge heb ik deze blocknote gemaakt met een kaartje erbij. De blocknote heb ik leuk ingepakt in een cellofaanzakje met een bijpassende topnote dicht gemaakt met een lintje. Nu maar afwachten wie er gaat winnen....

*** At the stempelparty yahoogroup a In Color challenge was held. For this challenge I made this cute little notebook with a little card. I wrapped the notebook in a cellobag with a coordanating topnote closed with a ribbon. All I can do now is wait and see who won....

SOL - Lovely pumpkin

 

 

Voor de SOL bij de kaartenmakers yahoogroep heb ik deze keer gekozen om een cutekaartje te maken. Ik heb het idee dat de meesten daarvan houden, maar ik kan er natuurlijk ook helemaal naast zitten. Zelf vond ik het ook wel leuk om weer eens een poging te wagen met echt cute. Ik vind die stempeltjes van CC Design namelijk zo leuk! Deze pixie pumpkin is een digistamp. Leuk issie he? Het inkleuren vind ik wel een vak apart hoor! Ben er nog niet zo goed in. Maaaaaaar, voor de verandering ben ik nu eens happy met mijn kaartje. Da's toch ook eens leuk! En hoe vinden jullie 'm?

*** For this weeks SOL at the cardmakers yahoogroup I chose to make a cutecard. I have the idea most members of that group love cute, but I can be totally wrong here. I thought it was fun to give cute another try. I really like the stamps of CC Design. This pixie pumpkin is a digistamp. Adorable hey? Coloring is a profession I guess. I am not that good at it. But I am happy with the final result for a change. Do you like it 2?
