Ergens nog voor de kerst ben ik een avondje gezellig bij Diana wezen freubelen.
Zij had een leuk doosje gegoogled om te maken.
De uitdaging was om out of the box te denken en iets te doen wat niet je ding is.
Nu zijn,zoals jullie wel weten, de stempels van Magnolia niet echt mijn ding.
Vind ze wel schattig, maar ik kan er niet veel mee.
Tsjonge, het was me de uitdaging wel zeg!
Ik heb van Diana nog een klein lesje kleuren met prisma's gekregen. Leuk, leuk, leuk!
Diana koos voor een kraftkleur om mee te werken, maar ik wilde wat anders, dus ging ik voor de frisse combinatie wit, lichtblauw en een tikje rood om het wat op te spicen.
We besloten dat er ook een venstertje in het doosje moest komen. Zo gezegd zo gedaan.
Nu kan er iets lekkers of iets leuks in het laatje.
Ik hoop dat ik geslaagd ben voor deze test.
*** One evening somewhere before Christmas I've been over at Diana's for a stamping date.
She had googled the tutorial of this cute little box for us to make.
We dared each other to think outside the box and make something you usually wouldn't think of.
Well, as you might know, I am not working with Magnolia stamps, because these just aren't my thing.
I like them though, but just don't know what to do with them without overdoing.
So it really was a challenge!
Diana gave me a little coloring lesson so I could color with prisma's. Fun, fun, fun!
Diana choose a kraftcolor to work with, but I wanted something different, so I went for the fresh combination of white, light blue and a touch of red to spice things up.
We decided there had to be a window in this box. So we made one.
Now a little treat of something nice can be added into the drawer.
I sure hope I passed this test.
