Deze kaartjes had ik nog voor de vakantie gemaakt met mijn nieuwe roses cuttlebug embossingfolder.

Koffertje voor de meester

  

Voor de vakantie ben ik nog druk bezig geweest om een afscheidscadeautje voor de meester van Roel te maken. Ik wilde graag een koffertje met het 1 en ander erin maken. Dit issem geworden.
Het patroon voor de koffer is van Becky Roberts (Inking Idaho). Een getalenteerde dame!

Wat een heerlijke set is dit!
Omdat het zomer is heb ik nog wat lieve zachte 's zomerse kleurtjes gebruikt.
Deze kaart heb ik gemaakt voor mijn lieve tante Nel. Zij is de zus van mijn overleden lievelingsoma.
Helaas wonen we niet zo dichtbij elkaar, dus een kaartje is altijd leuk!

Because it's still summer I used some sweet soft summery colors.
This card I made for my sweet Aunt Nel. She is the sister of my passed away favorite grandmother.
Unfortunately we do not live near each other, so a card is always nice!

Olala...Ik vind de sketch van Stamping 411 deze week wel heel erg leuk! Doen jullie ook mee?
Deze MOEST ik gewoon ff maken. Dus gisteravond nog even op mijn knutselzolder aan de slag gegaan.
En dit is eruit gekomen. Best aardig toch?
De kleuren krijg ik alleen niet zo goed op de foto op de 1 of andere manier.

I just had to make this. So I went to my craftroom (the attict) yesterdayevening to play.
This is what came out of my hands. Pretty nice hey?
I cannot seem to get the colors right on the photo though.

Vintage Elements of Style

 

 

Ik ben er pas achter dat ik een achternicht heb die ook van kaartjes maken houdt. Zij is helemaal 'into' vintage.
Omdat ik het zo leuk vind dat we een aantal dezelfde hobby's hebben, heb ik een kaartje gemaakt voor haar in vintage stijl.
Dit is 'm! Ik hoop maar dat Carol (ja, we hebben ook dezelfde naam!!)'m gaaf vindt.

*** I just found out that my second cousin has the same hobby's I have. She also loves to make cards, but she's more into vintage style. Because I love it we share the same hobby's I made a card for her in vintage style.
This is it! I hope Carol (yes, we also have the same name!!) likes it.

Zo, he he, ik ben er weer! Het is lang stil geweest op mijn bloggie, omdat het leven een beetje druk was. Ik weet zeker dat jullie dat ook weleens hebben. Daarna lekker op vakantie geweest in Luxemburg. Heerlijk genoten!
Toen ik thuis kwam moest ik natuurlijk wel weer even aan de freubel. Het kriebelde zo na zo'n lange stop! Tsja, een verslaving kun je nu eenmaal niet onderdrukken.
Mijn vriendinnen van het DWYTblog hebben weer een leuke sketch bedacht. Door alle drukte thuis heb ik mijn lidmaatschap aan het Designteam helaas op moeten geven, maar als het even kan probeer ik toch mee te spelen.
Het was een hele leuke sketch om weer eens mee aan de slag te gaan. Jullie doen toch ook mee?

*** Hey, hey, I'm back! Finally! It's been quiet on my blog for quite some time because life was very busy. I'm sure you all know what that's like. We also went on vacation to Luxemburg, where we had a wonderful time!
Once at home I couldn't resist my craftstuff. I just had to make a card. It's an addiction that can not be suppressed.
My friends at the DWYTblog made another fun sketch. I had to give up my membership of the designteam, because I was so busy at home with the kids and all, but I'll try to play along whenever I can.
It was fun to do a sketch again. Are you playing along too?
